Founded in 2018, Choice Housing Investments (CHI) is the strategic capital partner of Vesta Corporation, a developer, owner & manager of multifamily real estate, primarily focused in the affordable space. 

CHI’s directive is to raise and deploy equity into Vesta real estate acquisitions, and to be a good steward to our investors by achieving strong financial returns while generating positive social impact. CHI achieves this by investing in affordable and workforce communities, with the goal of providing quality housing that is proximate to places of employment. To date, CHI has invested in nine properties totaling approximately 1,800 residential units in Texas and New York state.

Our team’s combined 60+ years of experience in the affordable housing industry offers investors access to attractive investment opportunities and best-in-class partners. With a proven track record of success, CHI’s investment fund will continue to enhance value in the properties it invests in, while maximizing returns to investors. 

Arthur Greenblatt

Arthur Greenblatt cofounded Vesta Corporation in 1981. He has extensive real estate industry experience, making him well-suited to continue to lead and support the growth of both Vesta and Choice Housing Investments. Arthur’s extensive new business development experience has provided him with the unique ability to integrate the conflicting interests of various real estate participants and partners. Prior to joining Vesta, Arthur was the first general counsel of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (“CHFA”) for whom he helped create the Uninsured Multifamily Mortgage Program and was responsible for devising creative workouts for troubled projects. Prior to his CHFA tenure, Arthur specialized in real estate law with a Hartford, CT law firm. Arthur has a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a B.S. from American International College.

Joshua Greenblatt

President

Josh Greenblatt is the President of Choice Housing Investments, which he cofounded in 2018 after serving as Executive Vice President of Vesta Corporation for over twenty years. His expertise in the multifamily real estate industry includes all facets of the business, including finance, acquisitions, development, corporate oversight, property management, and construction. Prior to launching Choice Housing Investments, Josh most recently led Vesta’s new property acquisitions, overseeing each step of the process from deal identification and initial due diligence to negotiating with sellers and funding sources. His intimate knowledge of Vesta Corporation and the multifamily real estate industry as a whole serve Josh well in his current role of President of Choice Housing Investments. Josh holds an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a B.A. from Goucher College.
